Spike TV's Scream Awards 2008 honour the best in comic, fantasy, science fiction and horror films.

Intially inspired by the aesthtic of graphic novels, the production of the promo spots evolved into a hybrid of live-action and 3D animation. Green screen footage of a cast of characters, sets and a '73 Pontiac LeMans was combined with CG cars, monsters and desert environments.

Michael Madsen (of Resevoir Dogs fame) provided the perfect compliment voice over work.
